Reiki
Reiki, (pronounced Ray-Key) is a safe, simple and effective energy healing treatment from Japan. Whilst receiving Reiki, you remain clothed at all times, and relax on a couch or in a chair. The Reiki practitioner then gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions, on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. The treatment is a full body treatment, as opposed to treating specific areas.
Some people experience heat, cold, tingling, or see colours or shapes during the treatment. Reiki treatment encourages feelings of peace and balance. You may feel better able to cope with the challenges of life.

It brings a deep sense of relaxation working with mind, body & spirit.
Treatments take place relaxed lying down and experienced as a flow of energy and calm to where you
need the energy most in your life.
Angela offers an energetic approach to wellbeing. Having worked with people experiencing trauma and issues of loss for over 20 years. Angela combines this knowledge with energy healing in recognition that the body hold the score and our emotional and physical wellbeing is intrinsically linked.
